This summer marks a season of new beginnings—
Not only for those buying a home in Nolina, but also for those facing the devastating effects of cancer. From June through August, a portion of every home sold in Nolina will be donated to MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the nation’s leading cancer centers, offering hope and support to those in need of a cure.

As part of our extraordinary Summer of Hope Project, Nolina is proud to participate in the 2025 Benefit Home. We’ve donated a homesite in our community for a special home being built by Chesmar Homes, with generous contributions of construction management, materials, labor, and financial support from local partners.

Proceeds from the sale of this home will range from $150K-$200K and be split evenly between MD Anderson Cancer Center, HomeAid Austin, and the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, supporting cancer research, homelessness initiatives, and the building industry that makes projects like this possible.

Nearly 2 million people will hear the words “you have cancer” this year, according to the American Cancer Society. Even if it hasn’t touched your life directly, chances are it’s impacted someone you know.

This summer, our donations will help fund lifesaving research—offering hope, healing, and the possibility of a future where no one has to face this devastating disease

On May 7, the Nolina community came together for something truly special. In a powerful display of love and unity, neighbors and friends gathered to sign the framing of the 2025 Benefit Home—leaving behind the names of loved ones affected by cancer and messages filled with hope, strength, and resilience.

These signatures aren’t just ink on wood—they’re symbols of the lives we honor and the change we’re building together. Each message becomes part of a home that will give back in a meaningful way.
