Before there were homes, before building amenities, there was just the land.

We visited on a day in December. The air was chilly, the sun shining, and the grass waving in the breeze. We stood there taking it all in, resolving to respect and preserve this natural bounty, and imagining its future as a place where homes, people, and nature live easily together. We were so moved, in fact, we drew our name from the flora we saw that day — the Nolina plant. It’s a constant reminder of the glory of nature and the promise for exceptional living.
