Lovers of Kirkland olive oil and parmesan cheese — and let’s not forget the $1.50 hot dog and soda combo — will be glad to know that Costco is now serving up these items and more less than 10 miles from Nolina.
But Costco, which opened in March at 595 U.S. 183 in Liberty Hill, isn’t the only high-profile business to recently open near Nolina. The area’s commercial corridor is growing, with several new businesses now open and more on the way. Let’s take a look:
HomeGoods is a one-stop shoppers’ paradise for home décor, pet toys, linens, candles, gourmet candies, and a whole lot more. And this well-named hub with 33,638 square feet of unique finds is now open less than 10 miles away from Nolina at 4610 Williams Drive in Georgetown.
Wells Fargo added to its more than 450 locations across Texas with a new branch opening just minutes from Nolina at 28707 Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for individual and business banking needs.
As the name indicates, this franchise caters to the health-minded, with ready-to-heat-and-eat meals made using lean protein, clean carbs, and real vegetables. Protein shakes and supplements will also be available. Nutrition coaching will be available to keep you motivated and confident in your choices.
Project LeanNation opens in July at 4720 Williams Drive in Georgetown less than 10 miles from Nolina.
Under development adjacent to the H-E-B near Nolina that opened September 2025 is the Shops at Williams Ranch, a retail center with four buildings and four pad sites available. Developer Hunington Properties said tenants will include such conveniences as an auto shop, car wash, fitness center, and two banks.
