In April, Nolina was crowned best in the Austin area.

Now, it stands as tops in the southwest after winning Best Overall Community (under 600 acres) in the Texas Association of Builders’ Star Awards!

Recognizing excellence among builders, developers, remodelers, architects, sales personnel, marketing teams, and others across the southwest region, this year’s Star Awards drew nearly 1,200 entries.

Among the more than 180 trophies awarded this year, Best Overall Community is considered one of the most coveted. Winning this type of award for a second time in a single year reinforces the success we’ve had in building a place that goes far beyond houses. Located in Georgetown, Nolina is a community in every sense of the word, where people can make a home, make friends, and make lasting memories.

Home buyers have a wide variety of available floor plans from which to choose in Nolina, and with more homesites coming soon, that selection is about to get even bigger. Home prices currently begin in the $350,000s, and prospective buyers can choose from homes ranging from about 1,500 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet.

In Nolina, however, “home” extends beyond the front door. Community amenities bring neighbors together, whether it be for playdates at the park, afternoons at the Tulip Tides Pool, or parties at The Wildflower House. Keeping residents busy is our very own Director of Fun, who plans events for the kids, for the adults, and even sometimes for the dogs.

It’s this kind of community that wins awards.

But Best Overall Community wasn’t the only recognition Nolina received at the Star Awards. We were a finalist in three categories — Best Community Clubhouse, Best Sales Brochure, and Best Special Promotion for last year’s Summer of Home campaign.
